Verona Impianti 2002 designs and builds various plant solutions to meet the most diverse surface treatment requirements.
Pre-treatment and drying plants
We manufacture automatic or manual pre-treatment and drying lines for all types of components in line with our company’s design criteria: reliability, ease of use and maintenance, and low energy consumption.
Tank plants for pre-treatment and coating (“dip coating” systems)
We build complete tank plants for pre-treatment and coating, ideal for treating aluminium profiles or products with cavities that are difficult to reach using other methods. We guarantee reliability, ease of use and maintenance, and low energy consumption. A tank-type pre-treatment and coating plant is equipped with the following elements:
- Pre-treatment or cleaning tanks: these are a fundamental part of the system, especially when treating aluminium. Their number varies depending on the required degree of cleanliness and the type of chemical surface conversion process. As the quality of finishes depends largely on adequate pre-treatment, each station is associated with an optimal treatment time to ensure effective cleaning and surface conversion. A dripping station is placed between tanks to avoid contamination.
- Drying oven (pit oven): it consists of a heated tank with insulated walls and upper closing doors. It is designed to dry the parts after cleaning, as the device’s heat removes any residual moisture from their surfaces, ensuring optimal preparation for the subsequent coating stages.
- Dip coating tank: the profiles are immersed in this tank containing the paint product. Adequate dripping prevents product wastage and optimises paint thicknesses.
- Baking oven: a heated chamber with insulated walls to bake the paint applied on metal components. It is heated by a dedicated heat generator, which can be powered by a natural gas burner, resistors, or a hybrid system combining both methods. Through the baking phase, the paint adheres effectively to the workpieces, ensuring high-quality, durable finishes.
Ovens for metal or plastic heat treatment
We produce hot air circulation ovens that operate at temperatures suitable to thermally treat components for “stress relief” or “tempering”, ensuring high performance and low energy consumption through mineral wool insulation and thermal bridge-free construction. We can also design automatic heating cycles to optimise the workflow.
