Liquid painting plant

A liquid coating plant is available from one of our customers, with carriage conveyor, built in 2014, complete with certification.

• workpiece dimensions: 1500 W x 3000 L x 1500 H
• Maximum bar load: 1200 kg
• Treated components: agricoltural machinery, carpentry
• Type of motion: manual

The system consists of:

• Manual box for washing with floor grids
• Manual painting booth for liquid paint, with vertical air flow and floor grids
• Static oven for paint drying
• Overhead carriage conveyor, complete with 9 load bars and metal structures
• General control electric panel

The system can be completed with a powder painting booth

Occupied area: about 50 x 10 m. The 50 m dimension can be easily reduced up to 20 m, if necessary
