The cleaning chambers designed and built by Verona Impianti represent the advanced evolution of its cleaning booths, offering greater automation of the part cleaning process prior to powder or liquid coating.
Inside our cleaning chambers, the parts are enveloped by the sprays generated by nozzles positioned on the sides, top, and bottom, ensuring thorough and effective cleaning. In addition, a chamber can be equipped with an optional function: the forward and backward movement of components designed to further amplify the cleaning action.
Verona Impianti’s cleaning chambers can perform up to 3 separate stages, depending on the required degree of finishing. An example of a standard treatment cycle includes:
- Stage 1: phosphodegreasing;
- Stage 2: first rinse with mains water;
- Stage 3: second rinse with mains water.
In addition, a tilting system helps convey the sprayed solution to the dedicated collection tank, from where it is pumped back to the nozzles, thus creating a recirculation process that reduces the system’s water consumption. Our chambers are designed to minimise the dragging of cleaning solution and water between different zones, thus improving the operation’s overall quality and prolonging the bath’s service life.
