Verona Impianti 2002 designs, builds, and installs booths for the manual or automatic application of powder coatings, tailored to the specific requirements of customers needing high-quality finishes with reduced paint consumption.
Our coating plants meet the highest quality, safety, and energy-saving standards. Out booths’ structure is made of special tubes and rails that support pre-painted galvanised sheet metal sandwich panels filled with rock wool (with sound-absorbing function), which form the walls and roof.
With over forty years of experience in the sector, Verona Impianti stands out for the quality and reliability of its painting solutions, guaranteeing excellent performance and environmental sustainability. Verona Impianti’s powder coating booths are also designed to ensure maximum comfort for operators, as well as being equipped with overspray removal systems ensuring efficient suction with high-performance, self-cleaning cartridge filters. Fans in the highest energy efficiency classes, together with the best-performing filtration systems, make our booths an ideal solution for any company seeking energy savings, reliability, and technical innovation.
We can install them on both new and existing lines to join or replace other booths.
