Verona Impianti 2002 has forty years of experience in liquid coating. Ideal for plastics and metals, this process guarantees outstanding aesthetic results and consistency while depositing an anti-corrosion and chemical-resistant protective layer.
Verona Impianti‘s liquid painting booths can be customised to suit any processing requirement. For example, we can supply compact suction walls for colour testing or for coating small components, but also booths with multi-stage filtration units complete with activated carbon cartridges. Our liquid application booths are suitable for both water- and solvent-based paints.
Verona Impianti offers different types of liquid coating booths to meet any production requirement. They can be used for a wide variety of applications with multiple types of paint products (solvent-based or water-based, one-component or two-component, acrylic or polyurethane, and so on). Our range includes as follows:
- Dry filter booths: ideal for coating large components but with low production rates. They require very simple and inexpensive maintenance.
- Water curtain booths: suitable for coating large batches at high production rates thanks to the water filtration system that can remove large quantities of paint product.
- Horizontal flow booths: a basic solution with front suction and filtration units.
- Oblique flow booths: equipped with a front door for the entry of filtered air, with pressurisation and air conditioning options.
- Pressurised, vertical flow booths: the most professional plants, with plenums and filtering floors for even airflow and constant working conditions.
