Static powder coating plant

A static powder coating plant built in 1996 and still in good condition is available from one of our customers.

• Internal useful dimension: 1000 W x 1700 H
• Load capacity of the trolley with a rotating hook: 100 kg
• Total track length: 31 m (approx.)
• Area covered by the plant: 10.8 m x 7.7 m (approx.)

The system consists of the following units:

• N° 01 manual powder coating booth in galvanised sheet metal
• N° 02 dust collector cyclones with dust collection baskets
• N° 01 self-cleaning cartridge filter, air flow: 9000 mc/h, power; 11 kW.
• N° 01 2-inlet static curing oven with a RIELLO methane gas burner. Oven useful dimension: 2500 W x 4000 L x 2850 H.
• A box profile overhead monorail conveyor with 20 manual trolleys complete with rotating hooks, load capacity: 100 kg.
• A general electric control panel.
