Used powder coating plant

A second-hand powder coating system is available from one of our customers. It has been used for a short time and is in excellent condition.

The plant has the following general characteristics:

The system consists of the following units:

A two-stage pre-treatment tunnel with AISI 304 stainless steel tanks
A drying and curing oven
A powder coating booth made of AISI 304 stainless steel with a powder recovery system, two automatic + two manual stations, a cyclone with a peristaltic valve, and a cartridge filter.
Powder application equipment:
- N° 02 reciprocators
- N° 04 automatic guns, complete with the required equipment
- N° 02 manual guns, complete with the required equipment
- N° 01 fluidised bed powder container
- Venturi pumps and connection pipes for powder feeding
A box profile overhead monorail conveyor with these characteristics:
- Length: approx. 102 m
- Hook pitch: 800 mm
- Hook load capacity: 75 kg
- Speed regulation via an inverter from the control panel
- Automatic lubricator
A general electric control panel.
