Powder coating plant

A powder coating plant is available from one of our customers, with the following characteristics:

• Internal useful dimension: 900 W x 2800 H
• Design speed: 2 m/1’
• Hook load capacity: 80 kg

The system consists of the following units:

• N° 01 2-stage pre-treatment tunnel made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with a stainless steel boiler placed outside the tank.
• N° 01 drying and curing oven with 2 burners.
• N° 01 electric control panel
• N° 01 “NORDSON” powder coating booth made in dielectric material (quick colour changes), with 2 automatic + 1 manual stations, a cyclone, and a cartridge filter.
• Powder application equipment:
  • N° 02 reciprocators
  • N° 06 + 06 automatic guns, complete with the required equipment
  • N° 01 manual gun, complete with the required equipment
  • Venturi pumps and connection pipes for powder feeding
  • N° 01 booth and gun control panel
• A box profile overhead monorail conveyor with these characteristics:
  • Length: approx. 170 m
  • Hook pitch: 400 mm
  • Hook load capacity: 80 kg.

The system is fully functional and can be viewed upon arrangement.
