Liquid coating plant

A liquid coating plant is available from one of our customers, with the following characteristics:

• Maximum workpiece dimension: 500 W x 1200 H
• Hook load capacity: 50 kg
• Year of construction: 2010

The system consists of the following units:

• Manual liquid painting booth for primer
• Manual liquid painting booth for top coat
• Drying oven with methane gas burner
• A box profile overhead monorail conveyor with these characteristics:

1. Hook pitch: 400 mm
2. Shaped trolleys with swivel hooks
3. Oil seal channels
4. Automatic chain lubrification

• An electric control panel with PLC

 The plant is functional and can be viewed at our customer's premises.
